Tuesday morning Yoga Classes at the Community Centre, Badger Farm
Join me and a wonderful group of men and women of all abilities and ages for friendly, weekly Yoga classes.
Beginners to the more experienced are all very welcome and looked after. You’ll be taught different levels and modifications in most poses and so be able to choose varitions to suit your current range of motion, energy levels and strength.
Our next term of six classes are from February 4th to March 11th.
If any of these classes clash with other life commitments, you can do catch up classes with me at Crawley on Monday evenings, the Tuesday 7.30pm class at Badger Farm of one of my live online classes. There is also the option to regist er for one class at a time.
Open to women and men over 16 years of age, these yoga classes emphasis physical, alignment based poses whilst honing self awareness linking the mind, body and breath. I will also lead your through simple, practical and short meditation and pranayama (breath) techniques when relevant to the class.
Beginners to the more advanced are warmly welcome.
These classes are slow paced and are ideal for tight athletes to people simply wanting to increase their range of motion and improve strength.
