Tuesday Evening Yoga Classes at Badger Farm with Sarah B Yoga
Our next term of six classes are from February 4th to March 11th from 7.30 - 8.30 PM
If any of these classes clash with other commitments, you join a catch up classes with me at Crawley on Monday evenings, the Tuesday 9.15AM class at Badger Farm of one of my live online classes.
Join me, Sarah Barguirdjian and a wonderful group of men and women of all ages and abilities.
Beginners to the more experienced are all warmly welcome and taken care of with options to modify poses (asana) to make them more doable or more challenging depending on the pose.

Open to women and men over 16 these yoga classes emphasis physical, pose work whilst honing self awareness linking the mind, body and breath.
Beginners to the more advanced are warmly welcome.
These classes are slow paced and are ideal for tight athletes to people simply wanting to increase their range of motion and improve strength.
