Inner Strength and Equanimity
I’m happy to invite you to a very special two hour Yoga mini retreat to embody the powerful teachings of the fiery Hindu goddess Durgha.
Very much open to men as well as women, you will learn all about this wonderful goddess through poses, mediations and stories to help nurture inner peace and equanimity in challenging times.
Durgha is the goddess of strength, courage and protection.
Like a strong tiger mother, she guides and protects us through life’s tough moments with her fiery force and deep steadfast love.
Drawing on and in her power and teachings helps us to have our own backs, to become more resilient in difficult times and to spring back from adversity. To get better at parenting and nurturing ourselves throughout our lives.
You will be guided through a morning of lovingly crafted Yoga pose sequences with stories and meditations woven throughout, with a steadfast focus on this magnificent goddess.
This workshop is open to all levels of Yogi with poses offered at easier to more advanced levels looking after the needs of beginners to the more advanced.
